"You don't want to butt heads with me."

The expression "eyes in the back of your head" can be taken literally.  You will run into hammerheads in ports all over the world.  They are over ten feet tall, so you probably won't want to mess with them.  If you do, you just don't sneak up by day on a fellow with 360° vision.  By night, forget it : he can literally feel the electric pulses your heartbeat makes.  Hoping for a quick getaway ?  Once he has a fix on you, there is no point running; he has magnetoreception meaning he is constantly aware of his exact position on the surface of the world.  Hammerheads are literally the best ships' navigators that exist, and they don't even have to get their clothes wet watching the stars, they can actually navigate from their beds.

Whatever you do, don't ask him about his mother.  Hammerheads are abandoned by theirs immediately upon birth, and only survive by banding together in a fraternity that stays united for life.

Yes, you read that right.  Should you annoy a hammerhead and then, through some mysterious turn of fate manage to escape his wrath, his brothers are never far away, and one of them will find you instead.  They have big hammers too.
