Additional Spells

These are spells I have not yet tested; if they work, I will integrate them into our house rules for magic.

 

Circle of Ice

Create a circle of ice up to 3" in radius, anywhere in line of sight.   It lasts until the end of the turn.  The circle blocks neither line of sight, nor movement, and does not hinder shooting.  Any hero or creature who moves through it must, however, make a Move Roll (TN8), using as a modifier the movement they have left when they reach the Wall of Ice.  If it fails, its activation ends.

 

Circle of Energy

Create an invisible circle of energy up to 3" in radius, anywhere in line of sight.   The circle blocks neither line of sight, nor movement, and does not hinder shooting.  At the end of any turn, the spellcaster can release the circle, causing a +1 magic shooting attack against any figure, friend or enemy, within it.  Alternatively, he can pass a Will Roll (TN10) to hold it.  If it fails, the circle dissipates without effect.  If it succeeds, the shooting attack increases to +2, and so forth.  Should the spellcaster be reduced to 0 Health, the Circle of Energy dissipates.
