Their father joined the forces of the Jungle Deep, a choice that their mother, pregnant, refused.  The Twins were born shortly after.  Consumed by hatred and unable to accept her choice, their father had their mother killed when The Twins were not even weaned.

The two hedgehogs grew up with the burning desire to avenge the death of their mother.  They will strike as far as is necessary into the Jungle Deep to bring their father to justice.
